All non-corporate bookings must be secured by a valid credit card in the name of the guest. Corporate bookings must be secured by a valid credit card in the name of the guest or a person authorized by the guest's company or by pre-arranged company invoice account.
In the case of non-corporate bookings where the credit card holder will not be present at check-in contact reception directly for further advice before making the booking.

Unless otherwise stated (some pre-paid bookings, some bookings through 3rd party web sites etc.) deposits are not required where valid credit card details in the name of a guest to be present at check-in, are supplied when making the booking.

"Ordinary Bookings" - cancellation within 48 hours (midnight 2 clear days before the arrival date) will attract a one night stay fee at the booked rate.
"Special Bookings" - cancellation within 7 days (midnight 7 clear days before the arrival date) will attract the full stay fee for all nights booked at the booked rate.

"Ordinary Bookings" are defined as: "Bookings made for stay dates which DO NOT INCLUDE, NSW or VIC public or school holidays, long weekends, local special events such as Southern 80, Celtic or Blues Festivals, bowling or sporting events and the like, or bookings purchased through an advertising promotion such as Travel Auctions, Cudo, Shop-A-docket and the like, or group bookings in excess of 3 rooms."

"Special Bookings" are defined as: "Bookings made for stay dates which DO INCLUDE, NSW or VIC public or school holidays, long weekends, local special events such as Southern 80, Celtic or Blues Festivals, bowling or sporting events and the like, or bookings purchased through an advertising promotion such as Travel Auctions, Cudo, Shop-A-docket and the like, or group bookings in excess of 3 rooms."

Guests are advised to inquire at the time of booking whether their stay is classified as a "special" or "Ordinary" booking.

"No Show's" are charged as cancellations made inside the "No Cancellation" period.

An infant is a child aged under 1 year and 11 months
A Child is aged 2 years to 11 years and 11 months
A Young Adult is aged 12 years to 17 years and 11 months.
There are no charges levied for infants unless the property provides a cot.
Children may sleep in the existing bedding in the room booked FOC however if an extra bed is required a charge of $20 per night will apply. Children are charged $8 for a full hot buffet breakfast if partaking.
Young adults are charged as Adults.

Early check-in may be provided subject to availability. An extra cost may apply.

We are a "PET FRIENDLY" property subject to certain conditions. As guests are expected to abide by these conditions please read them carefully.
- An extra cleaning fee of $30 may be charged at the end of your stay. For extended stays a cleaning fee of $30 will be charged every 3rd day and then again on the day of check out.
- Well behaved and obedient pets are welcome by prior arrangement only.
- Only pets which have been declared to management prior to your arrival are allowed on site.
- Owners must have control of pets at all times on a lead and under no circumstances may they be allowed to room free.
- All buildings and enclosures, except the room in which the guest is staying, including the laundry, pools, conference rooms, Restaurant and Bar are out of bounds to all pets at all times.
- Owners must pick up droppings after their pets immediately. Pets are not permitted to toilet in the guest room but must be taken outside. "Doggie Bags" are available at reception and at various areas around the property. Droppings are to be tied up and sealed in these gags and disposed off in any exterior rubbish bin. They are not to be taken inside the room for disposal in an interior bin.
- Pets must not be left alone in a room at any time during the guest's stay and pets must not be allowed to bark or indulge in antisocial, destructive or annoying behaviour.
- Motel rabbits etc. are not to be exposed to guest's pets.
- Pet owners are held responsibility for any personal injury or damage to guest's and motel property caused by the pet.
- Owners are to provide bedding, bowls etc. for their pet
- Motel towel, linen or any other items are not to be used for pets at any time
- Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guest with a pet and to ask any guest with a pet to leave if the pet is causing a nuisance and or damage.
- We do not permit dogs that are registered as a dangerous breed
